1. Delivery & Doorway Measurements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators provide adequate clearance for ordered furniture items. Our white-glove delivery team takes utmost care, but custom or oversized items that cannot safely pass through entryways may incur restocking or re-routing fees.

2. Custom Italian Special Orders

Custom-ordered pieces imported from European artisans with specialized fabric colors, custom dimensions, or integrated lighting require an advance deposit and are non-refundable once production has commenced.

3. Layaway & Financing Terms

Layaway price locks guarantee stock pricing for 90 days. Promotional 0% APR financing is subject to approval from third-party lending partners.
